In the spirit of student centeredness, this conglomerate of campus-wide factions focuses on increasing retention for minority and at risk student populations by representing diversity and inclusion across all boundaries to create unity and advancement in our student body.  

By matching undergraduate students with University alumni, faculty, and staff and community members, the Mentoring Collaborative has experienced tremendous success and a 100% participation rate from all mentees/mentors and campus affiliates.
